I had the honor to be part of a vegan fitness panel discussion at the 2011 Chicago VeganMania in November.
I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with great people including bodybuilder Robert Cheeke, yoga instructor Nicole Sopko, and bodybuilder Amanda Riester to share our personal knowledge and experiences. We also provided a Q&A session at the end answering some of the basic questions that aspiring vegan and non vegan athletes have in terms of getting the proper nutrition.

I just got done recovering from a year long injury, so it was nice to get back to the gym.
Here I am doing my favorite exercise, dips, with 180lbs on my belt for 3 reps.
